Central to our approach, we nurture a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and trust, fostering an environment where every Veteran is authentically heard, valued, and supported. Our dedication to this principle is further strengthened by the unwavering support of the servicing installation, collaborating closely with us to ensure that the needs and aspirations of Veterans are met with utmost care and understanding. Together, we strive to create a lasting impact on the lives of Veterans and their families, providing them with the resources and respect they deserve as they transition into post-service life.
One way our Veterans make a significant impact is by engaging in assorted maintenance tasks, such as lawn care, landscaping, and other improvement services.
When veterans return from serving their country, their dedication and skills don't fade away. Many find a new sense of purpose and fulfillment by embarking on careers in the construction industry. Their military experience, discipline, teamwork, and adaptability make them valuable assets on construction sites.
Demolition requires careful planning and execution to dismantle structures safely and efficiently. Veterans' attention to detail, strategic thinking, and technical expertise make them invaluable assets in the demolition process. Soldiers are a "T" at demolishing things!
Is anyone better versed in moving "stuff" than a Veteran? Veterans are adept at quick thinking and creative problem-solving, honed during their military service. When faced with challenges or unexpected situations during material moving, their ability to assess the situation and find practical solutions becomes a valuable asset to the team.
I recognized the challenges that many veterans face when transitioning from military to civilian life. Veteran Consulting LLC offers a range of transition services, helping veterans smoothly navigate this crucial phase and find fulfilling careers and opportunities in the civilian world. The Army knows it needs to improve in this area and I’m here to help.
If you ever had a veteran commit suicide while under your command, a friend or battle buddy then I could stop here. If you have not, then I would recommend you add this to your weekly leadership brief, your daily leadership style of open-door policy, and to your rucksack of leadership tools to prevent the next suicide within your formation. Twenty-two Veterans commit suicide per day and my goal is to drastically reduce that number in the CSRA by 2030. My mission is to create awareness, offer support, and supply resources to prevent veteran suicide.
Recognizing the therapeutic and healing power of the great outdoors, I promote and fund outdoor experiences for veterans and their families. Through various activities, such as Chaplain Services, Spouse and Child advise, Hogs for Heros, Flipping Whitetail, Turkey for Troops, Shooting, Camping, personal and family retreats, or just a battle buddy brother from another mother.
My devotion to the well-being of veterans extends beyond my 2018 Veteran Consulting LLC Business. For the past twenty-five years, I have been actively involved in vending (Leather Massage chairs, bubble gum, candy, weight scales, and pulse machines) and have donated 50% of all proceeds to support various organizations focused on helping veterans; Army Emergency Relief, Army Community Services, Rent, Food, Bills, Veterans Outdoor Experiences, Lazy Lab Hunting Club, FOCUS Missionary, and countless meals provided to educate veterans about VA benefits, education opportunities, scholarships, and career prospects.
I anchor myself in three guiding principles: faith in God, unwavering dedication to family, and a strong commitment to the future of our Veterans. I strongly believe my faith and values have been the driving force behind my passion for service and dedication to my fellow veterans.
You who dwell in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shade of the Almighty Say to the LORD, “My refuge and fortress, my God in whom I trust. He will rescue you from the fowler’s snare, from the destroying plague, He will shelter you with his pinions, and under his wings you may take refuge; his faithfulness is a protecting shield. You shall not fear the terror of the night nor the arrow that flies by day, Nor the pestilence that roams in darkness, nor the plague that ravages at noon. Though a thousand fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, near you it shall not come. You need simply watch; the punishment of the wicked you will see. Because you have the LORD for your refuge and have made the Most High your stronghold, no evil shall befall you, no affliction come near your tent. For he commands his angels with regard to you, to guard you wherever you go. With their hands they shall support you, lest you strike your foot against a stone. You can tread upon the asp and the viper, trample the lion and the dragon. Because he clings to me, I will deliver him; because he knows my name, I will set him high. He will call upon me and I will answer; I will be with him in distress; I will deliver him and give him honor. With length of days, I will satisfy him, and fill him with my saving power.
